Plan of Karlskrona, 18th century

This eighteenth-century plan shows Karlskrona, Sweden's third biggest town, the country's largest shipyard and an important staple market. Depicted are, for instance, the navy's harbour and the ropewalk in the south, storehouses along the Amiralitetsgatan, and the customs house (tullhuset) in section H.
